Besides being obsessed with books, I am a 20-something, recently divorced mother of two. My daughter and my son are my world, even if they do drive me to the point of nearly pulling my hair out sometimes. I figured that's a normal urge as a mom, most mothers can probably relate. And I hope that at least one of the two grow up to be a bookworm like myself, then I'll know I've done something right.
On top of all that, I'm a student and also holding down a job as a Vet Assistant. I've been back in school now for a year trying to pursue my dream of becoming a certified Veterinary Technician. Because, you know, jumping into the pages of a book in the hopes of being swept off my feet by some of these fictional boyfriends isn't a realistic dream. Not that I've ever thought it was a realistic idea, but a girl can dream, right?
